"“Magic Racing GP 2″ is kind of what I expected to get with “Little Racers STREET”, an online-enabled (for up to 16 players in this case) top-down racing game. As much as I loved LSR (and I’d still encourage everyone to also add it to their collections), there are things I prefer about “Magic Racing GP 2″ such as tremendous depth and options such as four classes of cars, the ability to modify the speed the race occurs at (ever played a racing game where everything was too fast and twitchy, or too slow?), the option to turn off collision detection between cars (so everyone can drive optimal race-lines), unbelievable car customisation (right down to “Kinetic Energy Recovery System” which I’d never even heard of before), and so much more."

"In conclusion I found "Magic Racing GP 2" to be a truly amazing game. I could tell that the developer/s (Magic Studios) really went out of their way to impress the gamers, and deliver a game that pays tribute to real world racing. The visual details that are displayed with each, and every race track in the game are of impressive quality even though the game is shown through a more simplistic top-down view.*"

"It’s hard to convert non-fans of simulation racers to try a simulation racing game; but this is a solid racer and you should at least give the demo run. You might end up surprising yourself and enjoy Magic Racing GP 2."

"Magic Racing GP 2 is a wonderful racer and fills a niche that I frankly never noticed existed."

"This is a really fun racer. The aesthetics and menus are nothing to write home about, but beneath that is a really deep game. You can tinker with dozens of options, to the point where it feels far more advanced than most triple-A racers. I can see this being a blast at parties as well, as you can greatly simplify the game for a simple drop-in / drop-out experience. Definitely try this."

"Magic Racing GP 2 is a game that should appeal to players of all ages, whether its fans of retro titles or modern day petrol heads. There is a refreshing feel to this release where racing is all about fun and not bogged down with simulations and physics. With a huge range of options and great touches such as steward’s flags, this feels almost like the complete overhead racing package."
